An ever-expanding service and client roster has seen JRC Europe, continue to grow significantly over the past few years. And with success comes change. The result of this was the creation of SMART Service, an international network of JRC/Alphatron Marine companies who can offer our customers Service, Maintenance, Assistance, Retrofit and Technical solutions either by themselves or through our Distributor network.
JRC has a wide variety of resources available to support your service needs in the most efficient way, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Depending on the complexity of your service, vessel's location and technicians’ availability, we choose the best service solution available. Our goal is to maximize FTFR (First Time Fix Rate) against lowest cost for the customer and to satisfy your service needs with a one-stop-shopping concept for JRC/Alphatron Marine products.
The SMART network consists of JRC offices, manufacturer trained to the highest level. Information is shared through a centralized database. Technical details and service proposals are transferred to the local engineers of a JRC office or to our worldwide distributors whose technicians are also JRC trained & certified. We are very proud of the quality of our local service and the technical support.
